Repair Process
To quickly service your repairs needs, the Helac Corporation repair team follows this quality control process:
  • Receive Return Material Authorization (RMA) with specified shipping instructions
  • Test all actuators on a hydraulic test bench
  • Inspect products to further diagnose problems
  • Send quote via fax or email
  • Refurbish expensive components if needed
  • Assemble parts
  • Test all functions on hydraulics bench
  • Paint
  • Return to customer

To help us quickly turn around your repair order, please provide Helac with the following information:

  • Serial number, a 5 to 6 digit number stamped on the housing
  • Model number
  • Brief description of the problem
