To quickly service your repairs needs, Helac Corporation's Repair Team follows this quality control process:
Contact Helac's Repair department by phone, email or online using the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Please include your Serial Number and a brief description of your problem.
Send service estimate to customer
Receive Purchase Order from customer
Send RMA to customer
Test all actuators on a hydraulic test bench
Inspect products to further diagnose problems
Send revised quote if needed
Assemble parts
Test all functions on hydraulics bench
Paint
Return to customer
Follow-up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction
